Christopher Campbell, Founder and CEO of Incamera Solutions and former Chief Strategist at Kroll, where he frequently appears on national news programs as an expert commentator on economic issues. His tenure in public service includes his role as the Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Financial Institutions from 2017 to 2018, a position to which he was unanimously confirmed by the U.S. Senate. In this capacity, Campbell was responsible for coordinating the Department of the Treasury's efforts on legislation and regulation affecting financial institutions, including overseeing government-sponsored enterprises, cybersecurity, and compliance policy.

During his time at the Treasury, Campbell was the board representative for the Treasury on the boards of the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) and the Financial Industry's Critical Infrastructure Group. He regularly engaged with the heads of 15 federal financial regulators, providing oversight and guidance on policy implementation. Campbell managed a staff of 200 and oversaw the Deputy Assistant Secretaries for Financial Institutions Policy, Small Business, Community Development and Affordable Housing, and Cyber Security.

Before his appointment at the Treasury, Campbell was the majority staff director for the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance. In this influential role, he designed and managed the U.S. Senate Republican agenda on critical issues such as international and domestic taxation, international trade, Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, and the U.S. National Debt. His work earned him a spot on Roll Call Newspaper's list of the 50 most influential staffers on Capitol Hill for seven consecutive years. He also served as legislative director to Senator Orrin G. Hatch, coordinating the senator's legislative activities.
